Gaylord December 2011 - First Night

We finally made it and are headed up to our room to meet the bellman and then hurried down to get our welcome information and begin our adventure!!!

We had some time to kill before our ICE! show so we had an appetizer of sushi and edamame... Andrew LOVES sushi!!

Santa's Secret is FINALLY Revealed!!!

Since the family was still sick on Christmas, we had to postpone our trip to the Gaylord for a week.  Boy, was that hard!!!!  But it was so much fun to surprise the kids (mainly Andrew!).  We let him open his envelope from Santa about 2 miles away from the Gaylord....

I think he figured it out and boy he seems excited! :)

Santa's Letter to Andrew & Alyssa

Because we were all still getting over being sick on Christmas day, we had to postpone our surprise trip to ShrekFeast at the Gaylord.  Thankfully, Santa left a note for Andrew & Alyssa:

Christmas morning was lots of fun and we had a normal Christmas morning.  It was lots of fun and we still get tickled that Alyssa's favorite present was one of her own toys that we re-gifted to her.  She didn't need for anything and has more than enough stuff, so we figured she would have more fun just playing with the paper anyhow.  Andrew got some nice things and loved his slippers, gooey frogs and he and David BOTH loved the RC Helicopter that Santa brought!
