Andrew's Swim Class Graduation

Over the summer, Andrew took 2 swim lesson classes. They had a graduation his last day and I got to see his "skills"! :)

Hotel Time

During the renovations, dust and junk was filling the house, so I decided that we needed a night at a nearby hotel... Obviously, the kids enjoyed it :)

Later that same day, we had Alyssa's allergy testing completed. She's allergic to beans and breaks out in horrible hives around her face when she eats them. Thankfully, that is the only food she's allergic to!

As the latest remodeling project was underway to get the house listed on the market, Andrew got on his gear to help me with the bathroom drawers! :)

While I was gone, David and the kids cleaned the house!! :)

It was wonderful to get away...but so nice to get home! :)

Had the best conversation with Andrew tonight about Heaven and God... I Love hearing kids perspectives :)

He told me that God has a white beard that's soft, barefoot, is in bed under his favorite blankets, wears a night cap and can see everything even with his eyes closed... Then Andrew "reminds me" that you can hear God when you are quiet and told me God would answer him right now... Intrigued I went along.... Andrew with eyes closed, hands folded: "Dear God, tell me if I have a great family"... Pauses, opens his eyes and smiles ....

"He said YES! I told you He would answer right away, Mommy!"

Oh, how my heart runneth over!!
