The Mayborn truly is a wonderful museum with tons of exhibits for adults but it has the most AMAZING discovery museum for kids. A lot of the pictures didn't turn out for other rooms we played in...but below are some fun samplings of our recent day at the Museum....
Andrew as a "cowboy" on a real saddle in the "Old West" area....
Just like his Daddy, "cooking" breakfast for Mommy! My Sweetheart :) Luckily, modern day appliances have made cooking breakfast MUCH easier :)
In the "Bubble Room"... such a cool place. The kids can put themselves in a bubble, make walls of bubbles and just go nutty with bubbles...
There is also a water table filled with rubber ducks, boats and slats. With this, kids can figure out how to work with and against water currents and pressure.. there's lots of fun stuff to do here! It's a great place where kids can spend hours!
