Over 60 days ago, David began his journey on the P90X workout. He has done so well and stayed uber committed to it - losing a lot of inches and pounds! Dave and our neighbor, Chris Adams, and occasionally my brother Jeff work out in our partially enclosed garage. This is now referred to as the "sweat lab" and Andrew has so much fun with "his guys" coming over each night to work out. He feels like he is part of the P90x team :)
